Lil Wayne Punched In Cali:

Reports are surfacing that Young Money CEO Lil Wayne was involved in a massive brawl, after a radio concert in Los Angeles over the weekend.

Reports are surfacing that Lil Wayne appeared at Power 106′s “Cali Christmas Show,” on December 14, where he was supposed to take the stage with Kendrick Lamar.

An eyewitness told gossip website Hollyscoop.com that a brawl broke out between the rapper and unknown individuals backstage at the Gibson Amphitheater, where the concert took place.

“Punches were thrown but no arrests were made,” an eyewitness said. “It was a serious fight and was witnessed by everyone who was backstage.”

The rest of the concert went on without incident and included performances by Kendrick Lamar, Big Sean, Rick Ross, 2 Chainz, Ca$h Out and others.

So far, representatives for Power 106 or Lil Wayne’s record label Young Money have yet to comment on the situation.

”That Is Exactly the Reason Why I Had Mines”

The gun debate has intensified in America in the wake of another tragic school shooting in Newtown, Conn. last week. 20 children and six adults lost their lives when 24-year old Adam Lanza opened fire in Sandy Hook Elementary School.

Hip hop star T.I., speaking to radio host Sway, shared his condolences for the families that were affected by the tragedy.

He also shared that incidents like this are why he is an advocate for gun ownership.

“It’s a tragedy and it’s a travesty, it was a catastrophic event,” he said. “My heart goes out to the families. As a parent, there’s no way that you can hear or see or observe something like that go on and not be touched in your heart. Just to know somewhere so sacred, somewhere that is supposed to be completely off limits to any kind of wrongdoing, something like that can happen to kindergarteners — I don’t want to run the risk of sounding inappropriate but that is exactly the reason why I had mines. At any time, if anybody calls me, anytime, when I had mines, I’m pulling up with ‘em and the whole perimeter will be secure and ain’t nobody moving but us. … I haven’t been to the military but I’m very militant-minded when it come to protecting.”

KaliRaps wrote and recorded “Sandy’s Song” produced by Slapp Symphony for the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary shootings, he revealed on his Facebook page.

“This song is dedicated to those who lost their lives and were affected by the tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut” KaliRaps, wrote on his page. “I couldn’t imagine losing my nine year old daughter or 4 year old son to such violence, I was compelled to record a heartfelt tribute to the victims and their families.”
